In working with clients, Niwa prefers a retained arrangement to
ensure success in the least amount of time. A retained arrangement
indicates that the customer and supplier are committed to work together
to solve the problem. Our candidates also show a strong preference
to work with clients with whom we have a retained arrangement. We
have conducted Contingent searches on a case-by-case basis depending
on the type and area of search.
Our fees are reasonable and in general depend on the level of the
position (VP/Director/CxO), size of the company, type of technology
the client is working with etc. Newer technology searches can take
extra time and effort simply because of the lesser number of candidates
available with the new technology experience.
